What we like about this firm is its use of early settlement advocacy. This approach encourages parties to resolve disputes quickly, often before legal proceedings begin, helping clients save time, reduce costs, and avoid the emotional stress of prolonged conflicts.

However, their fees aren’t listed on their website. You’ll need to book a consultation, which is charged by the hour. Also, their early settlement approach may not be effective if one party isn’t willing to negotiate.

Tindall Gask Bentley (TGB) is a top choice for mediation services due to their vast experience, collaborative approach, and focus on empathy. Founded in 1970, they’re South Australia’s largest plaintiff law firm. TGB is ranked Tier 1 for Personal Injury Litigation in Adelaide by Best Law Firms and is part of the Law Society of South Australia.

As for their mediation techniques, we like that they use facilitative mediation in handling workplace disputes. This approach fosters open dialogue between parties, helping them explore underlying issues and reach mutually acceptable solutions.

However, the firm does not provide a specific list of consultation fees. Also, despite having 50 lawyers, appointment wait times and responses to inquiries are slow.

She is also certified in child-inclusive mediation and counseling and registered with the Attorney General’s Department.

We like how they use narrative and transformative mediation to help families resolve issues and improve relationships. Narrative mediation helps people understand each other’s perspectives, while transformative mediation focuses on improving communication. They also adjust fees based on household income, making their services more affordable for families.

However, their services are limited to family mediation and do not include workplace or commercial mediation.
