We think it’s worth noting that their systems are fully editable and adjustable to suit a business’s needs, and they have a sales and support team that’s ready to take on inquiries or requests.

What we like most about POSmate is the way they get themselves heavily involved with the business that needs a POS system.

From the very beginning, they make sure to walk through all the designing, implementation, training, and installation. Even after all that, they still offer support for clients. 

We’ve heard a lot of good things about Raymond, and a lot of his clients commend him for being incredibly efficient and easygoing. 

Their systems make it a lot easier for business staff to manoeuvre the register and everything else, and we think that’s a defining factor especially for businesses in the hospitality and retail industry where everything happens very quickly.

We also appreciate how they have a very detailed section for their financing options on their website. This makes it easier for clients, and prospective clients, to see what their choices are.

The only issue we could find was their scant online presence. Luckily, they have a functioning website, although it could use some updating every now and then.

They also have a lenient shipping and returns policy, so if something isn’t to your liking, they’ll have it replaced, as long as you keep the receipt and all other important documents.

Other than that, we’re thoroughly pleased with their systems and services. Retail Solutions offer exactly their namesake – retail solutions for businesses.

Metro Business Systems is also one of the older POS system providers in South Australia. With over 30 years of experience in the field, we’re sure they know their way around the cash register and scale industry.

They have a good deal of POS equipment onhand, and they can also install and repair these equipment should you need it.

We think this is a good store to start if you just want something basic for your business. They’re a no-hassle, straightforward provider that just gets things done as soon as possible.

We like this about them because it doesn’t complicate things, and it’s a good option for those that just want a quick POS system installation.

Apart from that, they also specialise in selling a wide range of scales for all purposes, and they have licensed technicians that can calibrate and verify balances.

Their store is located at the Adelaide CBD and offers free parking in front. That’s a plus for us, especially since the area can be quite difficult to navigate around for a parking spot. 

Maybe the only thing we found dodgy was their website. They have their products listed, but it doesn’t exactly contain much details about their services.
