I was impressed by their customer service, as their representatives carefully assisted me in choosing which one would best carry my items (I ended up getting a 7×5 cage trailer). 

They have a good variety of trailer sizes and types, including cage trailers, tipper trailers, motorbike trailers, flatbed trailers, and car trailers. 

It also helps that they don’t charge for deposits, making them convenient to rent from. 

When it comes to things they can improve, however, they’ve had cases of listing sold-out items as still available on their website. Also, they’re 30 minutes away from the CBD.

Their trailers are durable, come with insurance, and can be used off-road. These can be rented month-long or longer too.

It’s also easy to rent their trailers because of their convenient website booking tool. They have many trailers in stock, making them easy to book all year.

That said, their rates are a bit pricey. They’re also 30 minutes away from the CBD.

They’ve been in business for over 75 years, with 200 branches in both Australia and New Zealand. With five branches in Adelaide, they’re easy to visit.

With 21 trailer options available, it’s easy to find the right one for your needs. Choices include standard cage trailers, car trailers, trailer-excavators, flat-top trailers, and enclosed trailers.

With their large set of offerings, however, comes pricey fees. Also, they take a couple of days to respond to emails.

They’re one of the more accessible options because their prices are generally affordable. It also helps that they’re open 6 days a week. 

Compared to other trailer rentals, their equipment is always readily available. This makes them good for last-minute trailer rentals. 

In addition, their trailers come in many sizes like 6×4, 8×5, 12×5, and more. They stock specific ones for carrying firewood, green waste, sand, and more. 

That said, it’s hard to order from their online tool, as it has poor design. The types of trailers they offer are also lacking, as they don’t stock fifth-wheel trailers and tilt trailers.

They offer a wide range of trailers, such as tip trailers, open deck trailers, enclosed trailers, box trailers, and cage trailers. Plus, they’re flexible about how far you can take the trailer as long as you return it within the rental period.

In terms of downsides, they’ve received some complaints for rude service. We also wish they had an online tool for renting the equipment like the other entries in this list. 

I’ve been hiring heaps of tools from here and they never disappoint me.
