Pros

  • Has great variety in the design of products
  • Affordable rates
  • Simple website design
  • Great with assisting clients

Cons

  • High demand, orders should be sent at least a week in advance
  • Mostly offers artificial flowers

Floral Craft Centre has been around for more than 40 years. They’ve built a loyal customer base in Adelaide because of their extensive offerings of flowers, ceramics, gift-wrapping supplies, and the like.

We like them because of the affordable rates of all their products. Most are also outstanding in quality, making them excellent for high-profile occasions.

In terms of aesthetics, we found them to have a good variety in their designs of artificial flowers, packaging, and more. They have minimalist, rustic, and even eccentric styles, which they suggested to us to match our event.

It’s easy to buy from them because their website is very simple to use. They’re also quick to respond to calls upon checking.

We appreciate how thorough they were in guiding us about the best seasonal offerings and the best decorations for events. This makes them an easy choice if you’ll be regularly availing of their service.

That said, one downside we’ve seen is that the demand for them is quite high. We had to book weeks in advance.

Aside from this, their flowers are mostly artificial ones. If you need fresh flowers, we recommend you check out the other entries in this list.

Pros

  • Has a good location in Glenelg
  • Fast delivery times
  • Can handle rush orders
  • Responds quickly to contact lines

Cons

  • Mostly provides wholesale flower services for weddings
  • Pricey

Bay Junction Florist’s strength lies in its ideal location by Gordon Street and Jetty Road. It’s why they’re fast to deliver flowers.

Their specialty is in providing flowers for weddings. They’ve got a great eye for design, and their team is easy to collaborate with.

We also like how they provided us with many creative decorations, such as balloons and silks. Their colors and aesthetic styles have a great variety.

Another thing we like is how well they handle rush orders. Part of it is made possible by being open 7 days a week.

We encountered no issues when it came to their contact lines. On the day of delivery, they were highly professional and easy to deal with.

However, one downside with them is that their wholesale flower services are mostly for weddings. We came to this conclusion by looking at most of the clients they’ve worked with and the designs of their products.

Aside from this, another drawback is their products are pricey compared to other wholesale flower shops in Adelaide.

Pros

  • Has a wide range of flower selections
  • Responsive and professional with communications
  • Offers many flowers sourced outside of the country
  • Representatives are well-informed and helpful

Cons

  • Has received complaints for delivering late
  • Website doesn’t list their offerings

Tony’s Flowers is one of the most trusted wholesale sellers of flowers in Australia. They’ve been around since 1989, and we like them because they’re very dependable.

They communicated well with us from start to finish. They have more than 100 staff members, which is why they can meet large-scale demands for flowers.

Most of their flowers come from Adelaide Hills, which ensures the freshness of each batch. It’s also why they’re an excellent source of native flowers, which they notably price affordably.

Furthermore, their flowers’ freshness is ensured by having multiple treatments and cooling in their Mile End and Pooraka facility. It’s how they can supply flowers from Kenya, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and more.

Furthermore, we saw their representatives’ expertise in how well they recommended their best offerings based on the season and the event the flowers would be used for.

If there’s a downside to them, one is the occasional late delivery. While this personally didn’t happen to us, some clients complained of receiving their flowers late.

This is very inconvenient given the importance of following deadlines in the floral industry.

Aside from this, they can benefit from listing their offerings on their website so that clients’ expectations can be managed before contacting them.

Pros

  • Great for seasonal and native flowers
  • Affordable rates
  • Accessible store in Adelaide Flower Market
  • Quick to respond to inquiries

Cons

  • Limited selection
  • Wholesale outlet isn’t very presentable

S.A. Carnations PTY LTD is the store for you if you’ll need seasonal and native flowers. Their offerings are especially great for premium bouquets and high-profile events.

When we talked to them, we discovered that they supplied some of the most high-demand flowers, such as Gerberas, Blue Gum, Birds of Paradise, Pomponis, and Carnations.

What we especially like is that their rates for these are very affordable. You can easily make a profit because of these accessible base rates.

They have an accessible store available at the Adelaide Flower Market. Here, the representatives we talked to were great at providing assistance.

We also found them quick to respond to inquiries sent through their website.

Once you’re in contact with them, their professionals are responsive and quick to provide follow-ups.

For the shop’s downsides, one of the things we noticed is that their selection is quite limited compared to other wholesale flower sellers in Adelaide.

Aside from this, their wholesale outlet in the flower market isn’t very presentable too.

Pros

  • Comprehensive design offerings
  • Professional and works great with event planners
  • Also supplies audio and lighting equipment
  • Affordable rates

Cons

  • Responds late to communication
  • Mostly provides artificial flowers

Holstens is a good wholesale flower supplier because of their comprehensive offerings. Their specialty is in supplying for wedding events.

The design possibilities for their flowers are endless because they can match different color palettes and styles. This, mixed with their Christmas decorations, French door panels, and other accents, makes them an excellent choice for holistic event design.

We also like how competitive their rates are. They provide discounts if you’re purchasing big bundles.

In addition, they’re especially great for events, as they also supply audio equipment, lighting equipment, and table centerpieces. We felt their experience because they weren’t thrown off by our last-minute requests.

They work great with event planners, even for rush work. This is a great sign of their professionalism and organization.

However, one downside of the company is that they respond late to their communication lines. We found it disappointing because we had to ring thrice before having a response.

Aside from this, they mostly provide artificial flowers. This is disappointing if you want fresh ones.
