We’ll start with a bang: Asian Flavor House’s 2022 Winter Warmer Banquet gave our team a taste of global cuisine that kept us warm and full.
For a steal at just $55 per person, we indulged in a flavor fiesta, savoring their buttery edamame, savory lamb gyoza, and finger-lickin’ Swiss chicken wings marinated in soy sauce and drizzled with a gingery coating.
Their classy main course totally blew the hunger and winter blues away, with its juicy cuts of hearty pork belly and a seafood casserole bursting with briny and umami flavors. The cherry on top is the complementary Pinot Grigio!

The Wharf’s seafood chowder has become one of our go-to winter comfort food. It’s a steaming bowl filled to the brim with a velvety, creamy broth.
Another star of the winter-warming show at The Wharf is their slow-cooked lamb shanks, a herby, salty, and succulent dish with melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Now, if you pair this lamb dish with their winter drink, the rich and dark Woodstock Shiraz, you’re in for a treat that might baadly make you crave more.
Foodie Tip: You might love our team’s winter dining finale here: The Wharf’s Warm Chocolate Pudding.
This molten chocolate sensation oozes cocoa decadence with every bite. The outer layer is delicately crisp and warm, creating a delightful contrast against the gooey, slightly cold, and luscious center.

As icing on the cake, we finished our winter meal here by ordering their supple, sweet, and smoked sweet potato—a perfectly sweet and nutty finale to a dominantly meaty banquet.
We paired this with their spirits, and our winter dinner ended on high notes—unlike the songs our buzzed teammates started singing on the way home.
