Perhaps one of its best advantages, except for the skilled barbers, is its fur friend, Lenny. For years, Lenny kept the barber shop’s customers company, making their stay comfortable and fun.

Sadly, however, Lenny isn’t around anymore. But Moose, the new shop dog, is just as lovely and charming as Lenny.

We were only slightly disappointed that they are closed on Fridays and weekends. This limits the number of days you can get a haircut and the number of customers they can serve.

But all in all, the quality of the job you’ll get from the shop and their lovely dog, Moose, make The Mens Room one of the best choices to get a haircut.

The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Some even remember your name after just one visit, which makes your stay comfortable.

They offer coffee and beer while waiting, which is a great plus to the overall service.

We also want to commend the barbers, especially Joe, for being easy to work with. They listen to the clients and give their best to achieve the look that they want.

It’s just a pity that there is not enough information on their website. There’s no information regarding the services they offer, just a bunch of pictures.

They are also closed on Sundays, so those who want to drop by should visit on a different day.

After being in the business for 18 years, Barber Boys has served hundreds of customers and established an excellent reputation.

The barbers are all experienced and skilled, which is very important for every barbershop. They can execute even complicated cuts like creating a snowflake on your fade.

We also really like how clean and well-maintained the place is. It’s small, so it can get disorganized and dirty faster, but they do a great job maintaining the shop.

We just hope that there will be no more scheduling issues in the future. Some customers were told to come at a particular time only to come home disappointed because they didn’t have the needed supply for the booked service.

The staff also need to be more welcoming to customers, as some have experienced unpleasant encounters with them.

Although very friendly and conversational, the barbers tend to rush when there is a line of customers, which can sacrifice the quality of work.

Nonetheless, Barber Boys remains one of Adelaide’s top places to get a haircut.

The name House of Lords Barbers of Distinction may come off as intimidating, but don’t be intimidated! While they promise that the barbers are of distinction, the House of Lords is very inclusive and open to all customers!

This barber shop offers more than just haircuts and caters to all ages and gender. Their hair tattooing service is one of the best among the shops on this list. 

Just like traditional barber shops in Adelaide, the House of Lords’ barbers are very conversational. They make an effort to make the customers feel comfortable during the service.

We also appreciate that the price charged for the services is reasonable. Haircut starts at $30, which is justified given the quality of work.

On top of that, they provide discounts to seniors and pensioners.

However, there were some reports that some customers didn’t get what they requested. We hope the House of Lords can fix this problem and stick to what the clients want.

They are also closed on Sunday, so it’s probably not the best choice if that’s the only day you’re available.

Nonetheless, we still think the House of Lords is a perfect fit for those wanting a haircut and hair tattoo.

After being in the business for over 30 years, Robbie’s Chop shop has solidified itself as one of the go-to places for the gents of Adelaide.

The shop’s skilled barbers can do haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, and hot shaves. They deliver outstanding results, and you’ll leave the place satisfied with your new look.

We also appreciate that the shop is slowly transitioning to using a booking system to lessen the wait time. Walk-ins are still accepted, so you can do that if you don’t mind the wait time.

Just note that they are closed on Sundays. Pick a different day, or if you really need to go on a Sunday, check out other shops.

They give the best cuts and always of high quality. Their skill and talent is truly unparalleled.

The only downside is that they can get really busy so the wait times are long, but with the results you’ll get we think it’s worth it.
