Another thing we love about the shop is they accommodate clients with no prior booking. As long as their schedule permits, they try to fit in walk-in customers.

However, some drawbacks are the customer service and the instances when customers’ requests are not followed.

When we visited, we heard some technicians say things that, even when not directed to us, made us feel uncomfortable.

Moreover, they talked among themselves, leaving customers feeling left out and unwelcome.

We’ve also heard some clients complain about the final result of their treatment because the nail tech didn’t follow their request. Hence, we suggest confirming with the nail tech what you want to ensure you’ll get it.

Honestly, even without knowing their qualifications, the bloody good service they provide is enough for their loyal customers.

What we love about this shop is how friendly the nail technicians are. During our appointment, they initiated conversations and were very warm towards us.

On top of that, the massage chairs made us want to continue coming back to the salon. We felt very relaxed during the treatment, which is the most important factor after the quality of the manicure.

If there’s anything we would want them to improve, it would be the booking service. Online appointments are not always recognised, so some clients with appointments made there are often not entertained.

If you’re planning to go to the salon, make sure to call them directly to make sure that your appointment is recorded.

What we love about this shop is how perfectionist the nail technicians are. They make sure that even the smallest detail in the nail polish is perfect.

We also love how vast their colour choices are. You’ll find yourself standing in front of the wall where the nail polishes are displayed for a long time because of how many options you have.

We were just a bit confused with the shop’s pricing. The price they charged is different from what they have on the website, and the extra charges aren’t thoroughly explained.

Some customers also complained about getting charged different amounts for the same design.

We also find the customer service to be quite lacking. Some staff were rude and not welcoming, making the experience frustrating.

On our visit, we fell in love with how broad their colour selection is. They have some of the prettiest colours we’ve ever seen, and we just couldn’t pass on the opportunity to have them on our nails.

We were just slightly disappointed when we noticed that some nail technicians were rushing the treatment. This results in unsatisfied customers and messy manicure work.

They’re also not as friendly as we expected. It would’ve been better if they initiated conversations with customers as the other nail techs do.

On the bright side, the salon is well-kept and very clean, so it’s a plus point for them.

We think that their work is great and you’ll leave with the prettiest nails. We vouch for their different nails services but we’re a bit apprehensive with their other services like their lash extensions.

While we had a pleasant experience here and the staff was amazing, we did hear about some unfortunate experiences from others. They were unhappy with the service.

We don’t like how they reply to negative customer feedback online and do hope they can improve upon this.

Aside from this, they also readily accommodate custom nail art with added features such as glitter and diamonds among others to help achieve their desired look.
