We were just slightly disappointed when we noticed that some nail technicians were rushing the treatment. This results in unsatisfied customers and messy manicure work.

They’re also not as friendly as we expected. It would’ve been better if they initiated conversations with customers as the other nail techs do.

On the bright side, the salon is well-kept and very clean, so it’s a plus point for them.
