What we love most about this shop is how fast they ship products. We recently bought laminating pouches and bond papers from them, and they were immediately shipped out the next day.
Our friend also bought a self-inking stamp from them, and it was ready in 5 days, which was a lot faster than he expected.
We also love how reasonable their prices are. They don’t go over the market price and charge an amount similar to other shops.

You can purchase items from the shop in-store or place your orders online, making their products highly accessible.
We visited the store a few months ago and were amazed at how friendly their staff were. They gave a lot of suggestions about ink that would work well for us and patiently explained their differences.
We also love that they didn’t make us feel pressured about buying something and were genuinely explaining the products that they had.
Another great thing about the shop is if you buy products online, you don’t have to worry about shipping costs if your orders exceed $55.
We also heard from a friend that it’s not that hard to return a product. She returned a fountain pen, and the staff were very quick to help her.
The only disadvantages they have are their limited product range and operating hours.
They only have leather items and writing materials like pens, notebooks, and planners, unlike other shops that also offer bond papers, specialty papers, and organisation supplies.
They’re also closed on Sunday, so there will be no shipping of items on that day. Picking up your items will also not be possible.

They have a wide range of products, from simple papers and desk tools to equipment and furniture. It’s a one-stop shop for all your home office needs, making shopping very convenient and hassle-free.
What we love most about this shop is how competitive their prices are. As a member of Office Choice, they have a strong network of connections with other manufacturers and suppliers, so they’re able to offer their products at a competitive price.
We noticed that many of the items they sell are priced the same amount as other shops, sometimes even cheaper. It’s the perfect shop to visit when you need to buy a bulk of different items.
We also love that they ship items within the day if orders are placed before 11:00 AM for office supplies and 10:00 AM for printed products.
However, this doesn’t mean that their shipping process is spotless. There are instances when delays happen, so if you place your order after 11:00 AM, be a bit more patient.
The customer service we were provided when we came to visit was really good. The staff were helpful and attentive, so we didn’t have a hard time.
However, there were some customers who didn’t have an experience as good as ours. Some reported that they had to deal with some rude staff, which was pretty disappointing.

We also found the store planning to be very strategic. It was easy to navigate through the store and find the products on our own, despite the store being big.
They offer almost everything you’ll need for your office, like filing items, writing instruments, and copy papers. They even have office equipment and furniture like chairs, desks, computers, and copying machines.
Another thing we love about them is they offer other services like printing, binding, and furniture assembling. They also help you with recycling ink cartridges, computers, and mobile phones.
The click-and-collect service, however, is not as reliable as we hoped for. We ordered toners for our printers online and were told they would be ready in less than an hour, but when we came, we still had to wait for hours.
The customer service was also disappointing. There was no one to assist us when we came in, so we didn’t know when our item would be ready.
Some people who tried to avail of their printing services also had a frustrating experience with their staff. They didn’t try to assist the clients and ignored them when they asked for help.

Our favourite thing about the store is its layout. There was a lot of space to move in despite the shop not being big.
We also love how everything was organised, it made searching for stuff easy. Everything was in sight, so we were able to find what we were looking for on our own.
This was especially important for us because the customer service was quite disappointing. There was no one to assist us, and some customers were also waiting for assistance, so we just ended up finding things on our own.
On the bright side, they offer free shipping for orders exceeding $50 as long as they’ll be shipped within the country. If you’re from outside Australia, you can also place orders since they ship outside the country.
Their products, however, are a bit more expensive compared to other shops. They also mostly have pricey products, which is a bit disappointing.
