We’re just a bit disappointed that the licenses and training of the technicians are not readily available on the website. We hope they add these soon to clear doubts about the technicians’ qualifications.

The shop is also closed on weekends, which is a pity, as we’re not sure when our ovens will stop working.

We just wish that the technicians would be more punctual. There were some instances when they arrived late for appointments, causing customers to wait and waste time.
