Pros

  • Unique approach to treatment
  • Has been operating since 2005
  • Has many offered treatments
  • Accommodating representatives

Cons

  • Irregular operating hours
  • Has scheduling issues

Swiss Wellness uses many unique ingredients, such as Ligurian Bee, deep sea mineral mud, and hibiscus, which makes them stand out among spas in Adelaide.

Their treatments are inspired by naturopathic philosophy. These are made for detoxifying and relaxing the body.

The spa has been operating since 2005. They have their own line of skin and body care products that are well-praised for their effectiveness and organic ingredients.

They have many offerings for their spa treatments. These are complete in terms of body parts targeted, as they have one for the hands, feet, back, and more.

They have aesthetic treatments too, such as waxing, henna brow, and threading.

You might be pleased to hear that they’re affordable and regularly offer special deals for winter, spring, special occasions like Father’s Day, and more.

Finally, the friendliness of their representatives completes the quality of their services. They’re patient in explaining the treatment they administer to you.

However, one thing we don’t like about them is that their operating hours are irregular. It’s different for half of the week.

Another thing is that some clients experienced having their appointments abruptly canceled without prior notice. This can be inconvenient.

Pros

  • Well-designed rooms
  • Comprehensive packages offered
  • Has an advanced hydro jet bath
  • Website is well-designed

Cons

  • Rates are high
  • Has issues with reception

Temple Day Spa has one of the most relaxing rooms we’ve seen. It’s excellent in terms of design, facility, and equipment.

One of their best packages is the Full Day Delight Package, which gives you five hours of pampering. It includes a body scrub, body mask, nail treatment, and stone massage.

In addition, it provides you with a gourmet lunch in the Temple’s Diamond Membership Lounge, which completes the experience.

Another package we like is their Couple’s Package, which provides an infrared sauna, a hydro jet bath, and a hot stone massage.

Their hydro jet bath is also called the Geisha Soak, and it’s notable for being very relaxing because of its use of advanced therapeutic technology.

Most importantly, it’s easy to book with them, as their website is designed conveniently for this. Choosing your schedule and treatment is hassle-free.

From what we’ve seen, a downside with them is that their rates are higher than other spas.

Aside from this, they’ve received some complaints about their reception. Some found the staff unresponsive and unwilling to answer inquiries.

Pros

  • Uses medical aesthetic techniques
  • Led by doctors and cosmetic specialists
  • Highly experienced team
  • Has many packages offered

Cons

  • Sometimes cancels appointments abruptly
  • Long waiting times

Cocoon Spa is remarkable because of their infusion of medical aesthetic techniques to make their treatments more effective.

Their team is composed of doctors and cosmetic specialists who can help restore skin and provide massages at the same time.

Because of this, they can provide anti-wrinkle, HydraFacial, dermal filler, and other aesthetic treatments.

Most of them have more than five years of experience in professional medical practice. In addition, they create treatment plans for each client.

What we like best about them is that they have many packages offered. Because of this, they can cater to many client preferences and budgets.

That said, one thing we don’t like about them is that they sometimes cancel appointments on short notice. This can be very inconvenient for clients.

Another thing is their waiting times are long, which is a sign of bad time management from them.

Pros

  • Well-designed facilities inspired by Roman architecture
  • Has a floatation therapy device
  • Offers body contouring and fat cavitation
  • Rooms can be hired for private functions

Cons

  • High rates
  • Has complaints about lack of pre-care information

Blue Lagoon Float and Spa’s design is inspired by Roman architecture. Their reception and treatment rooms have some of the best designs we’ve seen.

Because of this, their rooms can be used for private functions, such as bridal showers and hens’ day. This comes with full catering and champagne.

One of their most notable offerings is floatation therapy, which uses concentrated salts to allow you to float and relax. This can be availed alone or with a partner.

This therapy method is unique and only available in a few spots in Australia. In addition, their rates for this are reasonable despite its rarity in the area.

The spa has advanced treatment methods, such as body contouring and fat cavitation. These can be availed through a single package that’s worth its price given its inclusions.

Overall, the spa is a great choice for those who want unique and premier treatments.

However, some of them come with the downside of having higher rates. Aside from this, some customers complained about the lack of pre-care information provided by the spa.

Pros

  • Good therapist qualifications
  • Provides many forms of treatment
  • Has many packages
  • Affordable rates

Cons

  • Closed for three days in a week
  • Slow to respond to inquiries

Indica Medispa & Wellness has one of the most qualified treatment providers we’ve seen. Their owner has more than 20 years of experience and specializes in various skin treatments.

Their remedial therapist is knowledgeable in many forms of therapy, including sports massage, soft tissue massage, and myofascial release.

Because of this, they provide many treatments for cellulite, pigmentation, sun damage, and more. These can be availed with massage and relaxation treatments.

In addition, these can be availed in packages, which makes them more affordable for most. The inclusions for these are plenty too.

Lastly, they provide aesthetic treatments such as cosmetic teeth whitening, skin rejuvenation, and hair reduction.

That said, a downside is that they are closed for three days a week. This makes them less accessible for those with busy schedules.

Aside from this, their customer service has received some complaints for being slow to respond to inquiries.
