But what caught my eye is their knack for heritage tiling. Those old tessellated verandahs and patterned floors that you see around town are the sort of jobs they take seriously, often restoring tile by tile.

I like that they can also organise other trades if a restoration needs plumbing or electrical work, saving you the hassle of chasing tradespeople yourself.

They do repairs and maintenance, too, so cracked or loose tiles can be fixed without a full overhaul.

The only drawback is that they take their time, with standard jobs often stretching to about three weeks.

The best part is that they do more than just tiles. They helped with the design side as well, which made the whole renovation feel smoother and less stressful.
