However, we’re just a bit disappointed with the design and space of their clinic. It’s smaller than most in Adelaide, and it’s very plainly designed. 

Aside from this, they’ve received complaints about not being able to follow up on the inquiries of some clients who contacted them via phone. 

Lumen Gastroenterology is especially a great choice because of their affordable fees. It’s below the Australian Medical Association’s recommended rates, which makes them accessible for many.

Northern Endoscopy Centre has been operating since 1985. Their clinic is well-equipped for almost all endoscopy procedures, making them a good choice for all enterology concerns. 

They have seven specialists on their team who specialize in gastrointestinal diseases, colorectal conditions, and interventional endoscopy. They have a good track record for treating these issues. 

The clinic’s adherence to standards set by Australian Safety and Quality in Healthcare can be seen in its well-maintained space, hassle-free sessions, and helpful information guides. 

We didn’t have any issues with how they process fees either, as fees are comprehensively explained to clients. Their representatives for medical insurance process paperwork fast too. 

Plus, they’re a great choice if you want a more convenient way of doing a colonoscopy, which is through capsule colonoscopy. It is less intrusive and takes less preparation on your end. 

There are a couple of downsides to consider with them, though. 

First, their location in Salisbury is a bit far from the CBD. It’s hard to visit if you’re traveling via public transportation.

Aside from this, they’ve received complaints about their front desk’s unprofessionalism towards some clients.

Given this, it’s just unfortunate that their clinic is one of the smallest in the city. This makes their appointment slots much more limited.
