Soothe Your Sole: The Best Foot Massages in Adelaide
I lead a very active lifestyle. I hike often, which leaves my feet sore and tired after a long trek in the mountains.
A friend suggested a foot massage. But with so many options (53 in Adelaide, to be exact!), it became challenging to choose the right place!
Well, you don’t have to go through what I did. I found the best spots to soothe your tired feet and am sharing them with you here!

Indulge Day Spa on Payneham is one of the best places in Adelaide for relaxation, thanks to its wide range of services. They offer standard foot treatments, deep tissue massages, foot scrubs, and reflexology.
I booked a foot massage with reflexology for $94.05, and it was incredible! The technique focused on specific foot points connected to different organs, relieving tension and improving circulation. I immediately felt a soothing sensation when the therapist massaged the balls of my feet!
I honestly can’t find any negatives in this place. Even the ambiance was great for helping me relax. If I had to nitpick, I’d say they could make their prices a bit more wallet-friendly.
Very relaxing and definitely worth the money
“Beautiful staff are so welcoming! Warm and tranquil room, and my massage was exactly as described, relaxing! This was my second visit to Indulge Day Spa, I had a 14-step Japanese head spa treatment, it was amazing!! Worth the money, left feeling so relaxed.”

Another great choice for foot massages is Rom Pho Thai Massage. It has therapists certified in health massage and acupressure. Plus, when I visited, I found the place peaceful and calming, with clean and well-maintained seats.
They provide a great Thai deep-tissue massage. It’s a technique that applies firm pressure and stretching to target deeper foot muscles and connective tissues. It relieved me of the stiffness in my legs and feet.
Their pricing ($55 to $65) is reasonable, considering the quality of their service. But it would be better if they added some bundles.
Amazing Thai massage experience!
“I had an incredible experience at this massage place. The atmosphere was clean, serene, and incredibly relaxing—just like being in Thailand! The massage therapist, Chompue, was truly exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and had just the right touch to relieve all my tension. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!”

Highly recommended
“I don’t really write reviews but I just had to for the team here! I cannot express how good my massage has been here. I randomly went after my usual place was fully booked and now I won’t go anywhere else! Amazing service as well as helpful information on how to relieve pain at home if you can’t get a massage! Highly recommend!!”

Chantik and Rejuvenate Aesthetic Clinic is also a great option for foot massages. They’re a team of therapists with a diploma in spa therapy and 20 years of collective experience.
They offer foot reflexology and remedial massage that can cost up to $130, which, unfortunately, is pretty expensive. On a more positive note, their remedial massage is great, using the trigger point method that focuses on relieving tight muscle knots on the foot.
Although pricey, they do have packages like foot reflexology with lymphatic massage to help lower the cost. I think they still need to add more foot services since they only have two.
A very helpful treatment
“Wira is wonderful and her massage treatments have really helped my foot injury. A lovely lady too! Thank you.”

Wira’s a great masseuse
“Wira is the only masseuse I would ever return to again and again. She has very warm and healing hands. She provides excellent service and I would 110% recommend her. I have always had the best treatment from her and I feel super relaxed after every session with her. Go to her if you want to feel your best!”

Karsa Massage & Day Spa is another ideal place to relax and get a foot massage. They use high-quality essential oils that are European Organic-approved.
Apart from the remedial and reflexology options, they also do lymphatic massages. It’s a technique that stimulates the lymphatic system in the feet and lower legs. This method works well in reducing swelling and inflammation on the feet and helps remove toxins from the body.
They’re also budget-friendly, giving out bundles like foot spa with foot massage.
However, I wish they also offered Thai foot massage.
Skilled and friendly staff
“Although the store looks small, the employees treat customers very warmly and kindly, making it a very cozy place. The massage skills of the staff in the store are also very good. They make me very relaxed after every massage. It is a massage store that is highly recommended.”

Another popular choice for foot massages in Adelaide is Body Sense. Their therapists are certified in reflexology and remedial massage, offering expertise in relieving tension and promoting relaxation.
When I visited, the calming music and soft lighting here made the atmosphere peaceful. Plus, the seats were designed to support posture and provide comfort.
Here’s the drawback, though: their foot massages can be inconsistent. Some reflexology sessions left me feeling relaxed and refreshed, while others were disappointing. The therapist sometimes wouldn’t follow my request to ease up on the pressure, which made the experience less enjoyable.
The massage could be better
“Would give it a 3.5 if that was an option. Clean, pleasant, and welcoming. Definitely not the worst massage I have had and definitely not the best. 90-minute full-body hot rock massage where hot rock was probably 10 minutes of the entire massage. Not much in the way of the front portion of my body received any treatment either… It was nice and definitely relaxing, however not what was asked for or expected…. Will possibly give them another opportunity.”

Great for relieving weary muscles
“Super friendly staff and an absolutely wonderful 30-minute remedial massage, HBF rebate through HICAPS was no problem either. Thanks for helping my weary muscles during my big road trip across Australia!”
