The past few weeks have been a bit hectic, and I could really feel it catching up with me. I looked tired, my skin wasn’t great, and I just didn’t feel like myself. So I decided to do something about it.
I started getting more sleep, stuck to a basic skincare routine, and booked a visit to a medical spa. That one visit made a huge difference. My skin looked fresher, I felt better, and it gave me a nice confidence boost.
Since medical spa treatments can be a bit pricey, I did some digging and put together a list of the top spots in Adelaide where you can get quality treatments.

Face and Body, founded in 2016, was the medical spa I went to for my skin concerns. What got me through the door was their free consultation offer. I had no clue which treatments would suit me, so that offer was certainly a huge help.
They provide a solid mix of services, including injectables, thread lifts, and PRP for hair loss. I went with their line relaxer injections and Ultraceutical peels, since I was mainly dealing with wrinkles and acne.
One thing I appreciated was their monthly promos. I happened to book when their chemical peels were discounted, which was a nice bonus.
Just keep in mind they work strictly by appointment. You’ll need to book online or call ahead before they can help you out.

Sphere Medi Spa is a multi-service clinic in Old Reynella that brings together skin therapy and beauty treatments under one roof. They’ve been around since 2017 and offer a solid mix of services, including LED facials, injectables, and microneedling.
One treatment that stood out to me was their Geneo+ facial. It uses a high-tech machine that blends oxygenation, exfoliation, and skin tightening to bring back a fresh, healthy glow.
They also run seasonal packages, which help make things more affordable around the holidays. Financing is also available through Afterpay and Zip in case you prefer spacing out payments.
That said, bookings can be tricky since they’re often fully booked a few days ahead. It’s worth planning early.

One of their key treatments is the medically managed weight loss program. It’s not a quick fix. You get a mix of lifestyle coaching, prescription support, and surgical options depending on your goals.
They also offer muscle sculpting using Ultraformer and NuEra Tight, which help tone and firm without going under the knife. For skin irregularities like acne scars and skin tags, they use the Excel V laser, which is designed to target those issues with precision.
On the downside, their prices are noticeably higher than those of other clinics in Adelaide. They also charge $100 upfront before you can lock in an appointment.

SEED Cosmetics is another medical spa I recommend if you’re looking to get more value out of your skin treatments. They’ve got a deal where you buy three and get the fourth free, which makes it easier to commit without spending too much upfront.
Their treatment covers the usual favourites like microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. What stood out to me was their CLATUU 360 fat freezing, which uses cooling tech to target stubborn fat without needing surgery.
I also liked that they offer a complimentary OBSERV 520x consultation. It’s a skin analysis system that gives a clear look beneath the surface, helping avoid any guesswork or misdiagnosis.
Sadly, even though the consultation is free, they do ask for a $50 deposit to lock in your appointment. That amount goes toward your treatment later, but it still feels a bit inconvenient.

They’ve got a custom vehicle fitted to carry essential equipment and medications, which means they can deliver a wide range of treatments on the go. Their services include lip fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and skin boosters.
They also offer hay fever treatments using botulinum toxin for nasal symptoms, which is a handy option for seasonal relief. Exosome stem cell therapy is available too, aimed at skin rejuvenation and tissue repair.
Just keep in mind that bookings can be tight since they fill up fast.
