The company was founded in 1986, providing overall pest control services. Their services are compatible with residential, commercial, and industrial use.

Their representatives clearly explained the rodent situation to me and adjusted the treatment to suit my needs, taking into account that I had children in the house.

They not only removed mice and rats effectively through baiting but also offered useful prevention tips tailored to my situation.

When it comes to their shortcomings, however, their services are pricey. Also, they’ve had cases of not showing up to scheduled appointments.

Rentokil Pest Control is an excellent choice for mice control and year-round pest management. Their affordable pricing offers reliable protection, ideal for commercial establishments.

Founded in 1947, they are certified by the British Retail Consortium Global Standard for Food Safety, making them ideal for restaurants. They are also certified by the Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA).

They have multiple means for mice and rat control, including child-friendly rat baits, traditional traps, and rodenticides. Besides control, they’re also good at safeguarding areas by putting air brick covers, gap sealants, and more.

Moreover, they’re responsive to client calls and messages. They also follow appointments well.

That said, some customers complained of receiving hidden fees from them. Also, some who subscribed to their year-round plan found it hard to cancel their subscription renewal.

Murray Pest Control impressed me with their high standards, shown through continuous staff training, HACCP certification, ongoing R and D, and updated equipment like thermal cameras and borescopes.

With over 50 years of experience, they’ve created an eco-friendly pest control system called Earthwise. They use low/no toxicity materials and have a low-emission vehicle fleet. Their office is also Greenpower Accredited.

Their rodent control stations are notable for using high-grade plastic that is child and pet-safe. They also do a great job of teaching clients how to use it and how to prevent further infestations.

In addition, they have over 40 technicians who undergo training regularly. This translates to a solid track record for general pest control. 

In terms of downsides, however, their representatives can take a week to follow up on quote requests. Some also found them rude.

The company was founded in 1988 and is compatible with most pest control cases. They’re one of the few that can work on pre-construction pest control projects.

Notably, they’re able to provide successful mice control and prevention even for areas with inevitable pest access like farms. They’re often contacted for peak pest seasons (usually before winter).

In addition, their pest technicians are professional and accommodating of clients’ requests. They also respond fast to requests for consultations.

On the downside, they have received complaints about hidden fees. Some clients also complained of unfulfilled promised discounts from them.
