They also follow strict security protocols, complying with HIPAA and holding an ISO 27001 certification to keep fax content safe during transmission and storage.

Another win is their fax bundles. For as low as $15 per month, we could send and receive up to 150 fax pages. It’s also nice that there are no lock-in contracts, so customers can cancel anytime without penalties.

However, their customer support is only available on weekdays, which could be a problem if you run into issues over the weekend.

In terms of cost, MyFax is quite similar to other options, but they offer significant discounts for those who subscribe to their annual plans.

Unfortunately, I’ve heard reports that faxes occasionally fail to send, which can be a serious issue for those who rely on timely document delivery.

And if you’re always on the move, their mobile app lets you fax from your phone. Neat!

Now, security-wise, Fax.Plus does a solid job. It uses 256-bit AES encryption, TLS 1.3, and two-factor authentication, so your faxes aren’t just floating around unprotected.

However, one downside is their hefty $37 fee for custom fax numbers, which feels a bit steep.
