Atmosphere. We considered the vibe of their regulars, the aesthetics of the place, and how well-maintained it is.
Prices. A delicate balance between price and premier ingredients should be considered by the shop.
Customer communication. Finally, it’s important for us to have shops listen to customer feedback so that they can always improve.

Pros

  • Big menu
  • User-friendly mobile application
  • Comprehensive list of allergens
  • Well-maintained branches

Cons

  • Lines are long
  • Pricey rates

Betty’s Burgers has one of the biggest menus we’ve seen, which is why they can satisfy most of the cravings you have.

One of the best aspects of the restaurant is its mobile application. Here, advanced ordering and putting suggestions are easy to do.

We also appreciate the comprehensive list of allergens in their products displayed on their website. The ease of seeing it makes clients more informed about their choices.

Many clients attest to the great taste of their food, especially their plant-based options. They’re a great choice for those who are on a vegan diet.

Their branches are well-maintained and designed with an eye-catching vintage motif. This, balanced with the use of neon signs, makes their place photo-worthy.

From what we’ve seen, a common complaint by many is that their lines are long. They regularly have many customers, especially during lunch hours.

Another thing is that their rates are quite high. We suggest checking their menu beforehand to prepare your budget properly.

Pros

  • Well-designed
  • Good customer service
  • Excellent side snacks
  • Fast service

Cons

  • Pricey rates
  • Spaces are small

Bread & Bone stands out because of their cool and muted aesthetic. This makes them a favorite among younger crowds.

This coolness also extends to their burgers, which feature black buns and many vegan choices. Partnered with wine and calm music, the ambiance in the place is excellent.

Customer service is one of their strengths, having friendly and accommodating staff. They explain their menu well and take their time to ensure that your preferences are met.

Their side snacks are a great choice too because they’re always kept fresh and savory. Also, their wood grill choices have received many excellent reviews.

Finally, their service is fast, which is always great for those on the go. You can order takeaways through the website to which they respond quickly.

That said, what we don’t like about them is that their rates are pricey. Given the ambiance and quality of the food, we find it somehow justified.

Another thing is that their spaces are small, especially when all the seats are taken. This can make the shop noisier and less comfortable to stay in during peak hours.

Pros

  • Can meet various diet styles
  • Offers affordable combos
  • Consistently crispy and fresh food
  • American-style

Cons

  • Interior isn’t as inspired as other shops
  • Only has 3 branches

Nordburger has been operating since 2013, and it’s notable for its American-style design. They have been rapidly expanding and have opened up branches in Chinatown and Hindmarsh.

The restaurant primarily uses locally sourced meat, and its menu has great variety. A highlight is their sides, which include vegan-friendly cauliflower pops.

Additionally, they have good low-carb and protein-heavy options. Through these, most diet styles can be catered to.

What we like best is that they offer many combos for drinks and burgers. Their rates for these are budget-friendly too.

Many clients praised the consistently crispy and fresh taste of their burgers. This shows that they have great preparation procedures.

After reviewing them, a minor downside we saw is that the interior of their shops isn’t as inspired as other burger joints in Adelaide.

Another thing is that they have only three branches. However, we expect them to grow in the future given the good reviews they get.

Pros

  • Accessible locations
  • Has many vegan and gluten-free options
  • Well-designed website
  • Friendly servers

Cons

  • Interior needs better design
  • Long waiting times

Yankee’s Burger Bar has many accessible locations all over Adelaide. They have branches in Rundle Street, Mile End, Christies Beach, Woodcroft Town Centre, and Angle Vale.

The design of the interiors of each shop is inspired by vintage American, which is also applied to their menu.

We like how varied their choices are for vegan and gluten-free burgers. These are flavorful and inspired in their use of creative ingredients.

Their website is well-designed and convenient to use for booking a table, advanced ordering, and more.

Finally, we like the atmosphere set by their servers, as they are friendly and responsive to your requests.

From what we’ve seen, an aspect we don’t like is that their interior isn’t as well-designed as other restaurants. It doesn’t completely utilize the potential it has to improve its ambiance.

Another thing is that some customers complained about long waiting times, which results in colder food.

Pros

  • Use 100% natural ingredient
  • Comprehensive list of ingredients on website
  • Healthy and ethically sourced food
  • Great menu variety

Cons

  • Long delivery times
  • Servers are slow to respond

Grill’d’s dedication to using 100% natural ingredients makes them an excellent choice for health-conscious customers. In addition, these are fully locally sourced.

In line with this, a full list of the ingredients of their burgers can be seen on their website, which makes it good for those who want to be completely informed about what they eat.

Additionally, their burgers are always prepared after ordering and not pre-made. Through this, you are assured about its freshness.

They have been operating since 2004 and have since improved their menu to be healthier and ethically sourced.

This is through offering Low Carb SuperBun and receiving accreditation from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Finally, their menu has a great variety. It’s great for families especially because of its kid-friendly choices.

That said, a downside with them is that some customers complained of long waiting times for their delivery services.

Aside from this, some were not fond of their servers. Some said that they found them slow to respond.
