After scanning your face, the aesthetician will explain your concerns and create a treatment plan. I tried it during my consultation and was impressed by how it effectively highlighted issues such as pigmentation, hydration level, and texture.

I have to note though that the clinic only accepts clients who have booked appointments. This may enhance the clinic’s efficiency, but it could also be inconvenient for those who prefer walk-ins.

In addition, their 48-hour cancellation policy might be challenging for clients with unpredictable schedules, as it leaves little room for unforeseen emergencies. While loyal customers might accept it, potential clients may hesitate to book, fearing penalties for cancelling.

The clinic’s founder, Dr. Alexia Rocha, has been in the industry for over 20 years, and her clients have praised her for being attentive. She specialises in eyebrow microblading and cosmetic tattooing, with numerous clients praising her for her attention to detail and expertise. 

The clinic provides many services, ranging from makeup solutions to advanced skincare, tailored to diverse beauty needs.

They also offer a membership program that includes perks, namely free monthly facial peels and 15–50% discounts on selected treatments. While these are valuable deals, you’ll pay $49 per week ($2,548 annually), which can be pricey. However, considering that a facial peel costs $250, you’ll save $452 yearly!

That said, one minor improvement I wish they’d make is to list staff qualifications on their website to help customers understand the level of expertise available. Also, I love it when clinics showcase their staff members, including nurses and assistants.

Also, there were complaints regarding the clinic’s atmosphere. Some former clients say the clinic could’ve played soothing music instead of the loud radio in the reception. It took away from the supposedly relaxing experience.

Aside from having a sauna, Diamond Medi Spa Skin Solutions offers many aesthetic treatments, including Morpheus 8, facials, dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers, and laser hair removal.

The staff here is highly qualified and well-trained. Bianca, their senior dermal therapist, is trained in dermal techniques such as skin needling, radio frequency needling, and advanced peels. Their massage therapist, Fab, received her diploma in remedial massage at North Metropolitan TAFE. Both team members received praise for their quality service.

I went there for a consultation, and the first thing I noticed was how clean and comfortable the space was. Also, the staff was very professional and accommodating.

However, I think it would be advantageous if they included package deals in their treatment menu. Many would prefer this instead of paying for separate treatments.

The clinic also consists of qualified doctors and staff. One of the doctors, Dr. Mary Liston, has 15 years of experience in the medical field, specialising in dermatology and skin cancer. She employs cutting-edge technology for thorough skin checks. Her training in diagnostic pathology and dermatology allows for well-rounded patient care. 

I visited the clinic and felt it had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Lynn, the receptionist, was friendly, while the nurses were professional and accommodating.

However, a former client didn’t like the unclear communication about the treatment process, costs, and expected results. Furthermore, she found unexpected charges for follow-up treatments.
