Pros

  • Has many variations offered
  • Well-designed spaces
  • Qualified teachers
  • Has virtual classes

Cons

  • Fees are high
  • Crowded rooms

Human.Kind aims for holistic healing through blending yoga, mindfulness therapy, and guided meditation. This makes them excellent for clients looking to have a regular relaxation outlet.

Their yoga classes in Adelaide have a great variety. They teach variations of Vinyasa, incorporating myofascial release, Chinese meditation techniques, and more.

This dynamic style makes sessions interesting and unique. Their teachers’ knowledge of deep-release techniques to improve muscle functions makes their classes good for building endurance.

If you want a relaxed session, they provide yoga nidra classes made for healing and resting.

Related to this are their “Quiet Time” sessions where sensory stimuli are blocked out. It is especially helpful for patients with PTSD or those that are neurodivergent.

All of these are done in a muted and calm space, which makes each session more immersive. You can attend classes virtually too, making it more convenient.

However, a downside with them is that their fees are high. We recommend availing of a yearly membership to receive a 20% discount.

Plus, there are always many students in their classes due to their popularity. This results in crowded yoga rooms.

Pros

  • Affordable
  • Beginner-friendly
  • Has many branches with convenient locations
  • Easy to book

Cons

  • Limited yoga variations
  • Limited schedules for yoga

Aleenta Health Club is well known in Australia because they have many branches. This includes ones in Magill Road, Glenelg, Mawson Lakes, Rundle Street, and Bourke Street.

They promote a fun and enthusiastic atmosphere. This makes them great for beginners who may be nervous about learning the ins and outs of yoga.

The studio has an affordable entry rate of $45. In addition, their rates for multiple classes and a premium membership are economical too.

Another thing we liked is their convenient process for booking. Aside from their well-designed website, you can also book them through a phone application.

Plus, their studios are well-cleaned. They’re easily accessible too because of their convenient locations.

If there’s anything we didn’t like, it is that their yoga variations are limited. If you want styles like Vinyasa and Iyengar, you are better off with another yoga studio.

Aside from this, their schedules for yoga are limited. Most of their classes are dedicated to barre exercises.

Pros

  • Well-designed studio
  • Complete facilities
  • Good variety of yoga styles
  • Experienced teachers

Cons

  • Limited number of students accepted
  • Schedules for some days are limited

Equilibrium Holistic Living Project provides a great balance of physical and mental wellbeing practices for clients.

This is first evident in the decor of their Unley studio, which is among the most relaxing and well-designed yoga spaces we’ve seen. The fragrance, colors, and design are very calming.

Most of it is designed with sustainable materials and greenery. It contributes to the relaxation you’ll get from their yoga classes in Adelaide.

They have plenty of facilities too. Here, you’ll have access to an ice bath, sauna, gym, yoga classroom, treatment room, and more.

Another strength of the studio is its good variety of yoga styles. These include equanimity, yin, and balanced flow.

It’s made possible by their experienced teachers who’ve worked with known yoga gurus.

If there’s anything we didn’t like about them, it’s that they only allow a limited number of students per class, so booking might be difficult if you have a preferred schedule.

Aside from this, their yoga schedules for some days are limited to one to two classes.

Pros

  • 20 years in operation
  • Great variety of yoga styles
  • Good for beginners
  • Great for prenatal exercise

Cons

  • Design of studio is outdated
  • Irregular opening hours

Yoga Spirit Studios is one of the well-established yoga studios in Adelaide. It houses teachers with more than 20 years of experience, making their classes highly in demand.

They offer a wide variety of yoga styles. These include Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Slow Flow.

Their classes are inspired by Donna Farhi who is an internationally known yoga teacher. Their classes consist of teachings for mindfulness, proper posture, and endurance building.

We found them to be a great choice for beginners because they provide modifications for their classes. They adjust the session to the skill level and comfort of the participants.

You can also avail of their beginner course which comprises six weeks of yoga sessions.

Another highlight of the studio is its prenatal yoga classes that help with breathing, relieving muscle aches, and meditation.

Unfortunately, a downside with them is that their studio’s design is a bit outdated compared to other yoga classes in Adelaide.

Another thing is that their opening hours are irregular. This can make them hard to keep track of as a beginner.

Pros

  • Great variety of styles offered
  • Affordable
  • Has many inclusions in membership
  • Suitable for different clients

Cons

  • Irregular time slots offered
  • Small spaces

Exhale Yoga has many yoga offerings that differ in styles and target clients.

Their styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, core, mindfulness, and restorative yoga. They can adjust it for children, prenatal and postnatal mothers, athletes, and more.

To make their classes beginner-friendly, they have Level 1 and Level 2 classes. Because of this, they can accommodate different flexibility levels.

We also like the comprehensive inclusions of their memberships. Plus, they’re priced affordably!

Their teachers are highly professional and accommodating to new members. It’s made possible by their years of experience and certifications.

But we honestly think that they can improve the time slots they offer. They’re irregular and confusing for new clients.

Aside from this, their spaces are smaller compared to other yoga studios in Adelaide.

Cons

Yogamon was founded by Monica Hall, an advocate of Dru Yoga and Meditation.

Having to live with significant neuromuscular challenges, yoga and meditation practice were the ones that helped calm her. She also believes that yoga helped her attain a robust health and well-being.

Throughout the years, she’s gained a wealth of knowledge through studying and from all that was shared with her by her generous mentors.

She is now imparting all that knowledge to others through her group classes and individualised private classes.

We like how Yogamon has a wide range of offerings of Dru Meditation and Dru Yoga for overall wellbeing.

Based from the different classes we’ve taken, we think she’s an excellent instructor and has helped us improve our health and well-being. We highly recommend!

They instruct Hath yoga, which is meant to cultivate physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through postures and movements, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.

We also like how their classes cater to both beginners and more advanced students so virtually anyone can come in and enjoy their classes.

All of their classes are led by open-hearted and knowledgeable teachers who will help you energise your body, empower your mind and uplift your soul after each class.

Another reason why we think everyone should try them out is the environment of the place. We find it very calming and uplifting—the perfect place to relax!

First and foremost, we are impressed that they offer services online and in person. We like how boundaryless their service reaches even far-flung people who want and need to avail their services.

They offer a variety of courses depending on their preferred type.

Also, they offer courses that vary in all levels of difficulty which is beneficial to anyone, a beginner or an expert who wants to benefit from yoga.

Most importantly, they are a group of professional and skilled yoga teachers who’ve worked for more than 2 decades. This proves why Hatha Yoga Shala boasts a credible background with long-standing experience in the industry.

Sadly, they only have 1 physical location, which restricts people from far-flung areas who desire in-person classes for more assistance.

Overall, their level of professionalism and ability to offer different courses that show how considerate they are to their clients makes them a highly recommendable place to detox and relax.

Cons

  • Open hours are not available on website

Annie Johns Yoga is a unique and specialized yoga therapy service that focuses on restorative yogic practices. The yoga therapist, Annie Johns, is a certified professional who helps individuals set goals to enhance their overall wellbeing.

One of the biggest advantages of working with Annie Johns Yoga is the personalized attention and tailored approach. She know how unique each individual is, and her yoga therapy should reflect that.

Another advantage is the emphasis on creating a safe space where individuals can let go of the pressures of life and be nurtured. This nurturing environment allows individuals to find the fortitude to nourish themselves and empowers them to heal through all layers of the self.

In relation to this, we love that their , “The Rest Club” is a great way to access these restful tools and gentle yogic practices from the comfort of your own home!

One possible disadvantage of Annie Johns Yoga is that the services may not be suitable for individuals who are seeking more physically demanding yoga practices. The focus of the practice is on restorative yoga, which is more slow-paced and gentle.
