Puratap is one of Australia’s leading water filter companies and has been purifying tap water since 1996. They also received a WaterMark Level 1 certification for their plumbing products, which means these comply with AS5200.00. 

For their customer service, their plumbers and experts are reliable and responsive. I called in a leak problem a while back, and they sent in a professional to deal with the damage quickly. I also appreciated the fact that the serviceman they sent in was friendly and mindful in my home.

However, a friend of a friend shared that they felt scammed when originally, Puratap said the filter only needed to be changed annually, but their answers differed when they called their service number.

Freshwater Systems has been around since 1991 and has been providing services to residential and commercial properties for 33 years! Ranging from homes to hospitals, it offers a wide range of customized water treatment solutions for different needs.

A buddy of mine highly recommends their whole house filtration. She said that her skin and hair felt so much better after they installed one of their units in her home. She has the fully automatic carbon filter, and she can’t imagine life without it!

However, I heard from one previous customer that their customer service took a while to answer. Their service is still overall good, but she said that a quick response would’ve been appreciated.

Adelaide Watersmart has provided water treatment services to institutions, commercial properties, and private homes for years—at a reasonable price, to boot! I also appreciate that they’re transparent and accommodating of their customers.

My sister can vouch for their services and the effectiveness of their water treatment system. She bought an undersink water purifier from them, and their servicemen were helpful with her concerns. She liked that they were friendly and polite while they were at her house.

However, a few customers complained that their website should be reworked to be more informative about the services and products they sell so they don’t have to call. Some people (like me) just don’t want to call companies to ask for specifics!

Pristine Water Systems in Adelaide Hills has been providing water purification services that span from sanitizing water tanks to UV water systems since 2003. They also offer free on-site inspection to recommend the right water treatment service for you.

I asked one of their patrons about their services, and they were happy with their work. Their customer service was helpful, servicemen were skilled in installation and repairs, and their prices were decent. Sounds like he’s quite happy with their service!

However, the only gripe he shared was that the business is closed during weekends. If there are emergency repairs on a Saturday, you have to wait for Monday to come around.

From under-sink water filtration systems to sparkling water taps, Purifiers Australia has installed residential and commercial water systems for over 35 years. 

They want to ensure their customer’s safety, so they made sure their products are certified for AS/NZS 3497:1998 (Australian/New Zealand Standard™ Drinking water treatment units – Plumbing requirements) and AS/NZS 4348 (Australian Standard™ Water supply – Domestic).

A friend of a friend bought a SPARK L PURE system from them, and they were satisfied with their services. The customer service was responsive, and the servicemen assigned to them were helpful with common concerns. He was amazed that they finished earlier than expected.

Despite the glowing review from that friend, a customer shared that they received a defective product from them. She was shocked that they didn’t believe her and urged her to pay for returns. It’s definitely an aspect they need to fix!
