However, one concern may be that their courts are usually fully booked days in advance. It’s why you should schedule with them early. 

Aside from this, they can only accommodate a smaller batch of students compared to other clubs. This limits the number of available slots, but it gives the players ample space to use.

Memorial Drive Tennis Club is notable for its proximity to Adelaide CBD, making it highly accessible for many. The place at War Memorial Drive is among the most scenic we’ve seen. 

They have complete facilities and a total of 28 courts. These include lawn, synthetic, and hard courts. 

Your experience is boosted through the installation of bright LED lighting and pavilions all around their courts. Other facilities are a spa, a sauna, a dining cafe, squash courts, and a gym. 

Those with advanced skills can compete in State League competitions. They also have other programs for lower skill levels.

Furthermore, their use of the Next Gen Club Lounge for court reservations and training makes all of these more convenient.

If there’s anything we didn’t like, it’s that their membership fees are among the highest among tennis clubs in Adelaide.

Aside from this, the space is usually full during peak hours. This can make parking difficult.

Peake Gardens Riverside Tennis Club’s strength is in its welcoming community. Beginners and experienced players alike can easily adjust to them. 

One of their best offerings is their night tennis competitions. The fee is affordable, and the fun event includes a licensed bar. 

Making the experience better is their approachable and experienced staff. They’re easy to contact regarding appointments and tournament registrations. 

They’re a favorite among many parents and seniors, as their coaches are pleasant to talk to. They keep lessons easygoing yet helpful for your skills. 

It’s an added bonus that the place has many refreshments and snack stalls. This makes events a better experience especially if you have children with you. 

That said, a downside with them is that their clubhouse is small. Aside from this, their facilities are not as complete as other tennis clubs in Adelaide.

We’re glad to find that the community here is pleasant and friendly. They also have an approachable staff that completes the experience. 

If there’s anything we didn’t like, it’s that they take some time to respond to emails. 

Aside from this, they don’t have a reservation tool on their website. This makes it a bit inconvenient to join activities.
